Returns & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to help.

Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date of invoice without a restocking fee. Depending on the item, restocking fees can range between 15%-50% and is at the discretion of GAP Auto. All items purchased over 90 days, clearance items or special-order items are non-returnable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with a proof of purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging including the original case packaging if purchased in case quantities.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit to your account. If purchased without an account a credit will be issued in the form of a cheque.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless special arrangements have been made with GAP Auto. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
